eBay fraud

Not so much about eBay committing fraud but about fraudulent items being auctioned there. Report suspected fraud here and to eBay, publish what eBay says, invite eBay to reply publicly.

Can you point others to the law governing exports of certain items from a certain country? Can you legally export it? Do you need a permit?
