I found a number of Ebay sellers based in Thailand who are in the process of scamming a lot of people. They've all started out selling cheap "collectibles", either the same coin or postcard, for a few cents at free shipping. After getting enough good feedback, two or three of them have switched to bigger items like Nokia phones and playstation portables, and I'm betting they all will. I unwittingly bought a phone from unitedshop87.
Now I've been getting the same message every day for the past three days, regardless of what I send them back, which is what got me to research this
"Dear ,
Hello,Please leave feedback to us , If not paypal has hold money and
we
can not ship if the fund held

immediatelyWe guarantee 100% send to your house. Please note: There may be
sometimes that shipping is delayed or items are damaged by shipping, we are
honest seller and we encourage that you contact us to resolve any issue,

all patience and kindness Warm Regards,
-unitedshop87"
Check out the pattern of these sellers:

I reported the message yeterday, but EBay hasn't gotten back to me. How the hell do I report fraud to flEaBay?

I think you may be lucky if you pursue this with PayPal; I would certainly like to hear what happens though. Do NOT leave them feedback for sure or you are screwed, as you will be saying "I received the goods". It is about time eBay stopped allowing sellers from certain countries, especially Eastern Europe, China and SE Asia IMHO. They wont though, because they want the $.
Please, let us know what happens.
