Hello
I from netherlands
I have in november a webcam buy by a seller in england jonnym77
later i receive it but the webcam did not work
I ask this seller for a refund , but he dont want it.
I must send my webcam back to this seller in england for a refund
Ok no problem i send it back
Later i hear nothing and also no refund
Then i send a mail to his webshop on internet not ebay
I write to him that this is no service.
Later in december i want login on my account and i see that it was suspended because i have send this seller a threatmail.
I ask ebay for a copy of this mail
Later i recieve that
I have original mail saved on my computer.
Now this seller has everything changed with threats and send it back to ebay.co.uk.
Then ebay suspend my account and also my other accounts too like my children and wife account
I have later talk with ebay live help and they said that safe and security can reinstate suspended accounts.
I send many emails to this department but no reply or anything .
Trust and safety protect this seller from england
Now i have no trust in ebay anymore.
What can i do in this situation?

You are better off without eBay IMHO.
Regarding the seller, you can sue them yourself using a Small Claims process in the UK; http://www.hmcourts-...laims/index.htm
I would first threaten them with this, let them know you know it can be done. Demand also they inform eBay they made a mistake regarding your email. That you say if you sue them you will sue them for;
a) The cost of the camera and shipping.
b) Defamation with eBay
c) Your costs to attend court (your are entitled to claim travel and subsistence)
You can also threaten / file a Trading Standards complaint against them. Do a Google for "Trading Standards (their city)" and you will find the department.
