When you sell anything, do not post feedback on the buyer until at least a couple weeks after buyer receives it. If you compliment buyer on anything before then, like for fast payment, you can not later change your feedback if the buyer decides he doesn't want what he purchased and lies about why, ie, claiming it didn't match the description when it precisely did.

eBay selectively enforces or ignores its own rules based on their whim, not facts. eBay's feedback rule: Sellers can leave only positive ratings for buyers. That means buyers should feel free to leave honest Feedback without fear of retaliation. We also have safeguards in place to protect sellers against unfair negative or neutral Feedback.

eBay protects bad buyers.
