ebay representative is a liar!

I had a deal with the ebay representative and also the owner of the car .,.and i sended my deposit and up til now they are lying to me and stated that the car will be at my address on the 7th of July still yet there is no sign of any papers or informations or CAR at my address so im wondering of what to do now shall i sue ebay and the seller or what????????? :angry: :angry: :angry:

You can't sue eBay unless they were in some way negligent, which is likely but not to that extent. eBay are not like a normal auction house, they are not the seller. Although they may well be liable for aiding and abetting fraud or even perpetuating Internet fraud if you can find others who have had similar problems with the same seller previously, where the matter was criminal and where eBay do what they always seem to do, nothing (nothing that is when it comes to what they should do). Good luck and I suggest you stop using eBay.
